the family room lake view was spacious. it was peaceful with a nice view. staff were attentive and kind to us.
the breakfast closed early at 9.30. the room's fan made a lot of noise during the night, so sleeping was hard. the washroom was not very clean on arrival.

the staff displayed really good hospitality and knowledge. the food quality impressed me greatly. i appreciated the scenic views surrounding the hotel. the setting by the lake offered tranquility and it was quite pleasant.
i noticed some slight wear and tear on the corridor carpets

the setting by the lake offered peace and tranquility. many interesting places, such as chatham, rochester and the isle of harty, are a short drive from the hotel. i found the location useful.

I found ample parking available. The bar service was quick. BREAKFAST offered a good selection of hot items. I was pleased with the easy access to the main roads. I appreciated the clean room.
My room lacked a fridge. This was a definite inconvenience, as I had some items I needed to keep cold.

The room was clean. breakfast offered many options. I liked the soya milk available. the staff were friendly and the location was near shorne country park!
the rooms seemed a bit dated. i found that the terrace lacked privacy, not ideal. i could also hear noises from the adjacent room!

I found the soundproofing inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms disrupted my sleep (this was quite frustrating). the walls seemed thin. I could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances.
